Terms of Use
Last updated September 25, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Pic2Bricks iPhone app and this website. By using Pic2Bricks you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Pic2Bricks does
Pic2Bricks uses artificial intelligence to create a brick-building design from a photo you provide, including a 3D model, a parts list, building steps and an estimated cost. Designs are generated automatically. They are meant to be fun and are not guaranteed to be perfect: a model may need small adjustments to build, and piece counts, prices and build times are estimates.
Your photos
- Only submit photos you have the right to use.
- Don't submit photos of other people without their permission, or anything illegal, hateful, violent or sexual.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process each photo only to create your design, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may decline to create a design for any photo.
Your designs
You may build and share the designs you create for personal, non-commercial use. Designs are generated from your photo and may resemble designs others create from similar photos.
Builds and purchases
New users get free builds to try the app. Additional builds are sold in packs through Apple's App Store. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; refund requests are made through Apple. Previewing a design is free; a build is only used when you choose to keep one. Builds have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Buying bricks from others
The app can send your parts list to BrickLink or other sellers. Those are independent businesses. Your purchase is between you and them, and we're not responsible for their products, prices, delivery or service.
Safety
Bricks are small parts and can be a choking hazard for children under 3. Keep them away from young children and supervise younger builders.
Trademarks
Pic2Bricks is an independent app. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse Pic2Bricks. Other names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to overload it, get around its limits, copy it, or use it to break the law.
Disclaimers and liability
Pic2Bricks is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or change or stop the app. If we make significant changes we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. You can stop using Pic2Bricks at any time by deleting it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
